Job summary

• Proven experience as HR Manager, Senior HRBP, or Senior HR Advisor ready to manage teams.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Reporting to the Chief People & Experience Officer, you'll partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver strategic and operational HR outcomes. You'll be responsible for leading people initiatives, driving employee engagement, managing complex people matters, and helping shape the future of our culture as the business continues to grow.

About the Role

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a management role
• Strong employee relations expertise and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes
• Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading organisational change and people initiatives
