TasNetworks is seeking a People Experience Coordinator in Hobart to enhance the employee and candidate experience. You will be the frontline, delivering professional support, coordinating HR processes and ensuring consistent service across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, business administration or a related field.
• A sound understanding of HR principles, employment legislation and contemporary people practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations and escalation when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
• Good understanding of reporting, governance, confidentiality and information management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional people experience as the first point of contact for employees, leaders and candidates.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative and systems support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate communications, including Mercer evaluations.
