• Experience coordinating programs across a large/complex organisation.
• Ability to manage high-volume activities and multiple priorities while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate People Experience programs, campaigns and initiatives across the business.
• Conduct exit and retention interviews, capturing feedback and insights.
• Support focus groups, listening sessions and employee feedback activities.
• Consolidate people data and feedback to identify themes and opportunities.
• Prepare reporting and insights to support HR and business decision-making.
• Partner with the broader People team to coordinate initiatives and track actions.
