Job summary

Judo Bank Pty is seeking a People Experience Coordinator to act as the engine room of the P&C team, delivering people processes from onboarding to offboarding and ensuring accurate HR data in the HRIS. You’ll partner with P&C colleagues to provide a seamless employee experience and drive monthly reports to support decision making.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvement, and collaboration across the HR function in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic People and Culture team.
• Experience managing people processes and workflows.
• Data reporting skills and HR systems experience (ELMO desirable).
• Strong Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Collaborative, customer-centric approach with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team member moments from onboarding to exit.
• Collaborate with P&C partners to streamline processes.
• Maintain HR data accuracy in the HRIS (ELMO).
• Deliver monthly P&C reporting including headcount and attrition.
• Support WGEA reporting and ad-hoc surveys and projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
