HarperLloyd Recruitment is recruiting a People & Development Coordinator for a leading national law firm in Brisbane. The role supports the Brisbane office across the full employee lifecycle and collaborates on national HR initiatives, reporting to the Senior Business Partner.

You will bring experience in HR or recruitment administration and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to delivering a seamless employee experience in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Prepare employment documentation, contract variations and payroll paperwork
• Support graduate and clerkship programs, learning initiatives and national HR projects
• Monitor compliance, training and practising certificate requirements
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, Partners and the wider People & Development team
