HarperLloyd Recruitment in Sydney CBD is partnering with a national law firm to appoint a People & Development Adviser. This role is ideal for someone in agency recruitment, internal Talent Acquisition or HR admin/coordinator looking to transition into a broader HR generalist/advisor position.

You’ll support the Chief People Officer and the national HR team, gaining exposure to performance, employee relations and people strategy while supporting a staff base of around 80.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and some HR exposure is required.
• Interest in broader HR responsibilities and generalist work.
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.

About the Role

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and national HR team, you'll support a office of 80 staff while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.

You'll leverage your background knowledge while developing your skills across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.
