Moray & Agnew Lawyers is seeking a P&D Assistant to support the national People & Development team across key employee lifecycle processes. As a P&D Assistant at Moray & Agnew, you’ll support the national People & Development team across key employee lifecycle processes. You’ll provide frontline support for employee queries and provide administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, remuneration processes, and L&D initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll maintain accurate data and coordinate key activities end-to-end. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience who is looking to further their career in HR and contribute to a positive employee experience within a highly regarded national law firm.
This role will suit you if you’re a team player who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Our ideal candidate would have between one and two years of HR experience in the legal sector, but we'd also welcome applications from candidates with experience in other professional services environments.
