Job summary
Lite n' Easy is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to support our Brisbane Head office across Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D and more. You will build relationships with leaders, drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives, and align local priorities with the national people strategy.
You will partner with senior leaders to deliver practical HR solutions, manage complex employee relations, and lead annual cycles and change projects to create lasting value for one of
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a People & Culture partner across diverse Shared Services functions.
- Strong capability in employee relations, investigations and change management.
- Experience delivering strategic people initiatives with measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions aligned with business priorities and the people strategy.
- Coach leaders across performance, talent, recruitment, remuneration and development.
- Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and formal outcomes.
- Lead annual people cycle across Shared Services including objectives, development and engagement insights.
- Lead People & Culture projects such as organisational design and HRIS implementation.
