Job summary

TDC is a community-focused organisation working across Wadeye and Darwin. Our HR leadership role covers recruitment, strategy and workforce development, requiring practical, culturally aware HR solutions and regular travel between Darwin and Wadeye.

We seek an experienced HR Leader to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and reporting, lead a small HR team, and partner with managers and leaders to build capability and positive workplace outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR generalist or HR advisory role.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant HR qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
