Job summary

Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation is seeking an organised Talent Acquisition Team Leader to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, workforce allocation and Primary Healthcare roster support across East Arnhem Land. Reporting to the Chief People and Culture Officer, you will supervise the Talent Acquisition and Engagement team and support managers with recruitment needs.

This is a full-time role based in Darwin or Nhulunbuy, offering an opportunity to contribute to Aboriginal Community Controlled

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities in an operational environment.
• Experience supervising or coordinating administrative, recruitment or operational teams.
• Experience supporting roster coordination or workforce coverage processes, preferably in health or community services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with leaders, employees, candidates and agencies.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills for practical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination to the Talent Acquisition and Engagement team.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employment documentation.
• Clarify recruitment needs with managers and recommend practical approaches.
• Oversee Primary Healthcare roster and casual locum allocations.
• Monitor workforce data, agency use and recruitment activity to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare reports and correspondence to support compliant workforce outcomes.
• Support improvements to processes for quality and value.
