Accor in Darwin Airport Resort seeks a confident leader to own the People & Culture function across a busy resort. You’ll set direction, build systems, and mentor Heads of Department with support from a P&C Administrator and General Manager.

You’ll drive recruitment, workforce planning, training, and employee relations, ensuring consistent onboarding and performance conversations while upholding Heartist culture across three hotels.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar People & Culture role, ideally within hospitality or multisite environments.
• Experience leading complex ER investigations and Modern Award interpretation.
• Confident, articulate communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders across brands.
• Full working rights in Australia; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Create and lead the resort's P&C strategy end to end; nurture Heartist culture.
• Oversee recruitment and retention aligned with operational needs and guidelines.
• Coach and develop the P&C Administrator and support day-to-day operations.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, structure, and resourcing.
• Ensure induction, training, and probation reviews are completed consistently.
• Coach managers on performance, industrial relations, and difficult conversations.
• Manage employee relations with accurate documentation and proactive tone.
• Utilize engagement surveys to drive improvements at property and resort level.
• Drive P&C programs including recognition, wellbeing, and leadership development.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance; prepare monthly reports.
