ARB Corporation in Melbourne is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to work closely with leaders across our operational environment, delivering commercially focused HR advice, building leadership capability and guiding teams to sustainable outcomes.

This hands-on role balances strategic thinking with practical execution, covering employee relations, workforce planning, performance, talent, organisational change, engagement and culture, with a focus on improving engagement,

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience as a P&C BP or senior generalist.
• Strong employee and industrial relations capability.
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and enterprise agreements.
• Experience managing complex employee matters and workplace investigations.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at different levels.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge constructively.
• Experience using workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience working with blue and white-collar workforces across dispersed locations.
