Bartier Perry Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking a People & Culture Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high performing team. This full-time role reports to the People & Culture Manager and offers flexible/hybrid work options from the Sydney CBD office.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years HR experience, a relevant HR qualification, and strong admin skills. The role focuses on delivery of HR processes, data accuracy, and supporting operational HR projects across the firm.

Formación

• 1–3 years of HR experience in a professional services environment
• Certificate in Human Resources or tertiary qualification in HR/Business/Psych
• Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Foundational knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards)
• Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS
• Demonstrated experience in AI and process automation

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer HR processes: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, salary & performance reviews
• Provide accurate HR administrative support and advice on ad-hoc projects, data reports, policies
• Maintain HRIS systems and electronic personnel files
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., leave reports)
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives
