Respect Group in Australia seeks an experienced People and Culture Operations Manager to lead a growing team and partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategies aligned with our not-for-profit mission.

You will oversee business partnering, employee relations, acquisitions and continuous improvement initiatives across aged care, disability and allied health services, reporting to the Chief People Officer. A strong background in HR leadership and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in tactical HR environments with senior leadership oversight.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in People & Culture.
• Experience across general HR and large-scale operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead business partnering for senior care leaders and manage the P&C team.
• Oversee acquisitions HR aspects and integration with the business.
• Drive continuous improvement across HRIS, DEI, policy reviews.
