Job summary

01.tech is seeking a People & Culture professional to join our team in Victoria. You will drive onboarding enhancements, mentor employees through probation, and support initiatives that boost engagement across the company.

In this role, you will manage internal communications, coordinate events, work with external vendors, and help strengthen our employer brand. You will also prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to managers in a collaborative, no-micromanagement environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, People & Culture, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on onboarding and adaptation program experience.
• Experience conducting 1:1s, gathering feedback, and using HR metrics.
• Strong organization skills and experience coordinating events and vendors.
• Experience with Figma or Canva for visual content.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above is a plus.
• Comfortable with a no-micromanagement culture and flexible work.
• Clear career growth opportunities and regular performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and continuously improve the onboarding experience
• Conduct 1:1 meetings and guide employees through their probation period
• Drive employee engagement through eNPS and other internal feedback initiatives
• Organize team events, celebrations, and internal engagement activities
• Manage internal communications and the content calendar
• Support HR initiatives and help strengthen our employer brand from within
• Coordinate external vendors and manage project budgets
• Prepare reports, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to managers
