Engagement and culture: Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, wellbeing, recognition and learning.
People insight: Provide the COO with clear visibility of people metrics, risks and priorities, while continually improving P&C systems and processes.
You're an experienced People & Culture professional who's as comfortable coaching a manager through a difficult conversation as you are improving a process.
You'll bring:
Hands on experience across recruitment, performance management, employee relations and engagement
Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
Experience coaching and supporting managers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

A rare opportunity to build and shape the People & Culture function
Work directly with the COO and leadership team
Flexible part-time role – 3 days per week
