Crown Property Services Pty is a privately owned contract cleaning company based in Melbourne. We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to own a broad generalist remit spanning ER, talent acquisition and compliance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with operational leaders to strengthen engagement, wellbeing and culture across multiple locations, while leading recruitment and delivering HR projects.

Qualificações

• Strong expertise across recruitment, employee relations and professional development.
• Specialist knowledge of engagement initiatives, retention and workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR best practice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and lead the entire HR function.
• Drive recruitment, engagement, retention and workforce planning to build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Partner with leaders to provide commercially pragmatic ER advice and support.
• Deliver People & Culture projects and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance to support business growth.
