Job summary

Crown Property Services Pty is a privately owned contract cleaning company based in Melbourne. We are seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to own a broad generalist remit spanning ER, talent acquisition and compliance.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with operational leaders to strengthen engagement, wellbeing and culture across multiple locations, while leading recruitment and delivering HR projects.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise across recruitment, employee relations and professional development.
• Specialist knowledge of engagement initiatives, retention and workforce planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Work legislation and HR best practice.

Our friendly and professional staff are the key to our success! As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a passionate People & Culture Manager to own a broad generalist remit spanning ER, talent acquisition and compliance.

It is worth highlighting that this is a newly created role, and an opportunity for you to build, develop and lead the People Engagement and Human Resources functions.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this highly influential role will partner closely with operational leaders to strengthen employee engagement, leadership capability, wellbeing and organisational culture across multiple locations.

Combining strategic influence with hands‑on execution, you will coach leaders, lead recruitment initiatives, and foster a high‑performing, values‑driven workforce while delivering an exceptional employee experience from attraction through to retention.

This role requires regular travel across greater Melbourne and regional Victoria as well as interstate travel, primarily to New South Wales, with further national travel expected as our footprint grows.
