Job summary

Civitas Talent, on behalf of a leading Australian law firm in Sydney, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle within a collaborative shared services team.

You will work under the Senior Manager, Business Partnering, supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning and development liaison, and graduate program support while developing practical HR skills and systems experience in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment setup and employment contracts.

• Liaise with Learning & Development on induction and training schedules.
• Run HR induction sessions and welcome new starters.
• Coordinate off-boarding and exit surveys.
