• Experience delivering people and culture programs across WHS, rehabilitation, L&D, workforce planning, performance and conduct, or reconciliation initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, collaborative team and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice, coordination and support to managers and employees across people and culture functions.
• Deliver rehabilitation case management and advise on WHS matters.
• Support WHS reporting, wellbeing strategies and employee surveys.
• Coordinate learning and development, training calendars and induction programs.
• Support workforce planning, governance reporting and decision-making.
• Advise on performance, conduct and workplace behaviour and help implement policies.
