HR Partners is partnering with a Federal Government Department to recruit APS5 Compliance Officers and APS6 Senior Compliance Officers for 12-month placements in Canberra. These roles involve monitoring and enforcing compliance with federal legislation and regulatory frameworks, conducting reviews and risk assessments, and preparing official correspondence.

Active Baseline Security Clearance and Australian Citizenship are required, with a flexible/hybrid working arrangement.

Formación

• Experience in statutory compliance, regulation, or administrative law.
• Strong ability to interpret legislation, assess risk, and draft reports.
• Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance and Police Check.
• Ability to sign a declaration of political neutrality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and enforce compliance with federal legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
• Interpret statutory guidelines and provide accurate advice to stakeholders.
• Prepare clear compliance reports, executive briefings and official correspondence.
• APS6: manage escalated compliance matters and mentor the team.
