Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support a major workforce transformation and organisational change program. This hands-on HR role requires high organization, sensitivity to employee matters, and capability to support leaders and staff through complex change.

The position is a VPS 4 contract role, running through to mid March 2027, located in Victoria, Australia. It involves facilitating consultation, redeployment and workforce-change activities while maintaining accurate data

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, employee relations or workforce transformation.
• Experience coordinating consultation, redeployment and workforce change activities.
• Strong stakeholder management to support leaders through sensitive matters.
• Experience in complex organisational change environments; Victorian Public Sector exposure is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee consultation processes, enquiries, actions and outcomes.


• Support redeployment, employee transition and workforce change activities.


• Maintain accurate employee impact data, case records and workforce tracking.


• Prepare employee correspondence and documentation relating to workforce change.


• Coordinate separation processes, including applications, approvals and payroll liaison.


• Support restructure-related recruitment and candidate administration.


• Assist with grievances and workplace concerns arising during organisational change.

About You

• Experience in HR, employee relations, organisational change or workforce transformation.


• Experience coordinating consultation, redeployment, employee transition or workforce change activities.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support leaders and employees through complex and sensitive people matters.


• Confidence managing sensitive and confidential employee matters.


• Experience working within a complex organisational change environment will be highly regarded.


• Exposure to interpreting enterprise agreements or experience within the Victorian Public Sector will also be advantageous.
