Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced People Advisor to support a major workforce transformation and organisational change program. This hands-on HR role requires high organization, sensitivity to employee matters, and capability to support leaders and staff through complex change.

The position is a VPS 4 contract role, running through to mid March 2027, located in Victoria, Australia. It involves facilitating consultation, redeployment and workforce-change activities while maintaining accurate data

Qualifications

Experience in HR, employee relations or workforce transformation.
Experience coordinating consultation, redeployment and workforce change activities.
Strong stakeholder management to support leaders through sensitive matters.
Experience in complex organisational change environments; Victorian Public Sector exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate employee consultation processes, enquiries, actions and outcomes.
Support redeployment, employee transition and workforce change activities.
Maintain accurate employee impact data, case records and workforce tracking.
Prepare employee correspondence and documentation relating to workforce change.
Coordinate separation processes, including applications, approvals and payroll liaison.
Support restructure-related recruitment and candidate administration.
