Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Registered Nurse for Penrith, Thornton Park. This permanent part-time role (75h/fortnight) runs Monday to Friday, 6:45am–2:45pm, with full working rights in Australia. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support clinical care in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration, at least 1 year in aged care, and a strong commitment to person-centred care and regulatory compliance.福利

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in an aged care setting.
• Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care.
• Develop and review individualized care plans to meet changing needs.
• Participate in quarterly care plan reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with policies and quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy of ACFI claims.
• Support best-practice clinical care in a collaborative team.
