Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night duty at North Turramurra. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, with shifts Monday and Tuesday 10:15 PM to 07:15 AM.

As a Division 1 RN with current AHPRA registration, you’ll conduct assessments, develop and review care plans, document care, and contribute to ACFI funding submissions within a supportive team and not-for-profit environment.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting.
• Availability to work varied shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation.
• Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care.
• Develop and review individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs.
• Participate in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required).
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards.
• Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims.
• Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment.
