Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Pega Lead System Architect to own end-to-end technical architecture for Pega applications in telecom engagements. You will drive design quality, governance, and delivery oversight while coordinating with customer architects, stakeholders, and offshore teams.

In this onsite role, you will spend significant time engaging with client stakeholders and enterprise architects to ensure scalable and secure Pega solutions and high performance across the program.

Qualifications

• Pega Lead System Architect with comprehensive architecture leadership for the Pega platform.
• Experience guiding end-to-end architecture for large-scale telecom solutions.
• Ability to drive design quality, governance, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end technical architecture for Pega applications.
• Define architecture standards and development guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Create scalable and reusable solution frameworks.
• Review and approve all major technical designs.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer.
• Participate in architecture review boards.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders.
• Present technical recommendations to senior leadership.
