Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a Pega Lead System Architect to own end-to-end technical architecture for Pega applications in telecom engagements. You will drive design quality, governance, and delivery oversight while coordinating with customer architects, stakeholders, and offshore teams.

In this onsite role, you will spend significant time engaging with client stakeholders and enterprise architects to ensure scalable and secure Pega solutions and high performance across the program.

Job description

The Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) is the overall technical authority for the Pega platform and is responsible for solution architecture, technical governance, design quality, delivery oversight, and successful implementation of business requirements. In a telecom engagement, the LSA works closely with customer architects, business stakeholders, system owners, and offshore development teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high performing Pega solutions.

As an onsite role, approximately 40 50% of the time is spent interacting with client stakeholders and enterprise architects, while the remainder focuses on technical leadership and delivery governance.
