Softtest Pays Pty seeks a Pega Senior System Architect with 2+ years of senior developer experience on Pega Platform or Cloud Pega Platforms. Candidates must hold a Pega Senior System Architect certification and be eligible for the baseline security clearance.

Qualifications

Holds a Pega Senior System Architect certification, or higher, with 2+ years of Pega Senior Developer/System Architect experience on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.
Experience owning and delivering Pega enterprise capability in production context.
Deep knowledge of Pega capabilities and integration with other technologies.
Ability to drive development guardrails, design class structure, rulesets and case types for enterprise reusability.
Strong coaching/mentoring skills to lead a team of Pega developers.
Experience with Commonwealth Government governance structures.
Ability to produce efficient SQL queries within Pega, design data model, reports, and load/performance testing; UI development.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver Pega enterprise capability in production contexts.
Lead a team of developers to drive efficiency & quality delivery; conduct build reviews and peer assessments.
Design applications and components for large-scale systems; support transitions in service artefacts and activities.
Effectively manage stakeholders and translate business requirements into working Pega applications.
