Job summary

Anila Recruitment Pty is partnering with a renowned early learning service in the Southern Highlands. The Pedagogy Lead will join the leadership team and own the educational program, guiding curriculum planning and implementation to the highest standards.

You'll coach educators through mentoring, modelling and reflective practice, drive quality across the NQF, NQS and child safety standards, and build strong partnerships with families while stepping up as 2IC when the Centre Director is away.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Current knowledge of EYLF V2.0, the NQF, the NQS and the Regulations.
• Track record in curriculum design, mentoring and continuous improvement.
• Warm, clear communication and a firm commitment to child safety and family partnerships.
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum: planning, implementing and evaluating programs grounded in EYLF V2.0 and built around each child's interests and strengths.
• Coach educators through mentoring, modelling and reflective practice, and lead their professional learning.
• Drive quality and compliance across the NQF, NQS and child safe standards.
• Champion inclusion so every child can belong, participate and thrive.
• Build strong partnerships with families and local early childhood and community networks.
• Step up as 2IC: supporting operations, team leadership and quality improvement, and leading the service when the Centre Director is away.
