Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Knowledge of EYLF V2.0, the NQF, NQS and relevant regulations.
• Experience delivering engaging, high-quality educational programs.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning and development.
• Confidence building relationships with families and working collaboratively within a team.
• A commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement and child safety.
• A NSW Working with Children Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging educational programs informed by EYLF V2.0.
• Creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and developmental needs.
• Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
• Contributing to observations, documentation and assessments to support children’s learning and development.
• Working collaboratively with the broader team to maintain high-quality teaching practices.
• Supporting an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
