Job summary

ANZUK Education is partnering with a brand‑new early childhood service in the Southern Highlands to recruit an Educational Leader who can make a positive child-centered impact from the start. You will help establish culture, influence educational practices, and support a team as they build something exceptional.

Working with the Centre Director and leadership team, you will drive high-quality pedagogy, mentor educators, and keep children’s learning and wellbeing at the centre of everything the

Qualifications

• Has at least 2+ years experience as an Educational Leader.
• Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Has a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and regulatory requirements.
• Is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing educator capability.
• Has a current NSW Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality pedagogy and learning outcomes for children.
• Mentor and develop educators to strengthen practice.
• Lead and influence educational direction with the leadership team.
• Support the Centre Director to establish a positive culture from day one.
