Anila Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded early learning service in the Southern Highlands. You will own the educational side of the service, working with the Centre Director to set the tone for the whole team and drive high-quality curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Confident, current knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQF, NQS and Regulations.
• Track record in curriculum design, mentoring and continuous improvement.
• Warm, clear communication and a firm commitment to child safety and family partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the curriculum: planning, implementing and evaluating programs grounded in EYLF V2.0 and tailored to each child.
• Coach educators through mentoring, modelling and reflective practice; lead professional learning.
• Drive quality and compliance across the NQF, NQS and child safe standards.
• Champion inclusion so every child can belong, participate and thrive.
• Build strong partnerships with families and local networks.
• Step up as 2IC: support operations, team leadership and quality improvement.
