Community Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Rockhampton. You will work with individuals, families and support networks to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans that promote safety, choice and independence.

As a clinician, you will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop evidence-based strategies, and collaborate with families and allied health professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Developmental Education or related field.
• Registration preferably as a Core Practitioner.
• Experience developing and implementing PBS plans in complex settings.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based strategies.
• Complete Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support plans.
• Collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals.
• Build the capacity of support teams through coaching and mentoring.

Kenntnisse

Strong communication skills

IT and administrative skills

Driver's license

Ausbildung

Tertiary qualification in Psychology or related field
