Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites applications for a Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Campbelltown. This full-time role offers the opportunity to conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop personalised Positive Behaviour Support plans within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will work with families and support networks, delivering high-quality plans for participants with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a Positive Behaviour Support approach
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
