Department of Customer Service seeks a Payroll Production Service Officer (Clerk Grade 5/6) to join Payroll Production and Transformation across Parramatta, Orange and Goulburn. This full-time, ongoing role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days in the office and a salary range of $102,936–$113,579 plus super.
You will handle pre, live and post payroll processing, resolve discrepancies, maintain procedures, and work with stakeholders to improve payroll service delivery.
