Job summary

Serco is seeking a Payroll Officer to join our ASPAC Shared Services team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, high-volume payroll environment supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand.

As part of our ASPAC Shared Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll outcomes while supporting employees, managers and People & Capability teams with payroll-related enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintaining payroll and HR data including tax, superannuation, deductions and allowances.
• Excellent responsiveness to payroll inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee payroll and HR data, including tax, superannuation, deductions and allowances.
• Respond to payroll enquiries with speed and accuracy.

We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our Payroll Services team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy, high-volume payroll environment supporting employees across Australia and New Zealand.

As part of our ASPAC Shared Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll outcomes while supporting employees, managers and People & Capability teams with payroll-related enquiries. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining payroll data, processing employee lifecycle transactions, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure payroll compliance across a large and diverse workforce.

In This Role, You Will

• Process payroll transactions across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, position changes and terminations.
• Maintain employee payroll and HR data, including tax, superannuation, deductions and allowances.
• Respond to payroll enquiries with a
