dnata catering & retail in Broadbeach, Australia, is seeking a Payroll Officer to deliver accurate, timely payroll across a large, diverse workforce.

You will manage end-to-end weekly and fortnightly payrolls, conduct audits, oversee onboarding and data management, interpret awards, and support Labour Hire payroll processing. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation including superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leave
• Strong experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
• High attention to detail and pride in accuracy
• Strong Excel and systems capability
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills

At dnata catering & retail, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close‑knit team in Broadbeach and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.

About You

• Ideally 2+ years’ payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation including: superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leave
• Strong experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation

• Strong Excel and systems capability (experience with Rockfast highly regarded)
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality
