Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Broadbeach is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce nationwide.

The role requires 2+ years payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll legislation, and proficiency with Excel and payroll systems. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, onboarding data, and respond to payroll queries in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation including superannuation, parental leave provisions, workers compensation and long service leave
• Experience with Enterprise Agreements and Award interpretation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems (Rockfast highly regarded)
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Integrity, discretion and confidentiality
• Team-first attitude and cultural fit

Responsibilities

At dnata catering & retail, payroll plays a vital role in supporting our people and operations nationwide. We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our close‑knit team in Broadbeach and help deliver accurate, timely payroll services across a large and diverse workforce.
