Position

Borger Cranes is looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Payroll team.

This role is focused on supporting the daily payroll process by ensuring employee time and job information is accurate and ready for processing.

You will work closely with employees, allocators and other departments to make sure timesheets are completed correctly and any questions are resolved promptly.

The role would suit someone who is organised, enjoys working with numbers and information, has good attention to detail and is confident using Excel.

Key responsibilities
  • Reviewing and monitoring daily employee timesheets

  • Liaising with allocators and other departments to confirm job and time information
  • Following up outstanding or incomplete timesheet information
  • Working closely with the Payroll team to support the daily timesheet process
  • Preparing and reviewing daily payroll reports
  • Actioning EBA-related payroll requirements

Previous experience in payroll, administration, timesheet processing or a similar role would be an advantage.

Knowledge or experience with EBAs and Awards would also be beneficial but is not essential.
