Job summary

YMCA Brisbane in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley is seeking a Payroll Implementation Project Manager for an 18-month full-time fixed-term contract. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of a payroll system replacement, leading planning, requirements, procurement, design, integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and change management.

Bring strong payroll operations knowledge and extensive project leadership skills to coordinate vendors, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring on-time,

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll/workforce management system implementations end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations, controls and risk.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, delivery of project scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate all workstreams with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee requirements, procurement, solution design and configuration.
• Manage data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Drive change, readiness and user adoption across the business.
