You will guide a small team through Enterprise Agreement matters, integrity standards, and public interest disclosures while driving strategic workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll and HR systems in a public sector environment.
• Ability to manage workforce reporting and data integrity.
• Experience with Enterprise Agreement compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering payroll services, HR systems administration and workforce reporting for the ACMA and eSafety.
• Lead initiatives related to the ACMA Enterprise Agreement, integrity and conduct, public interest disclosures and the National Child Safety Principles.
• Across all EL1 HR roles, lead projects, build stakeholder relationships, drive improvements and develop a high-performing team.
