Job summary

Australian Communications and Media Authority in Canberra is seeking high-performing HR professionals to join our Human Resources team at Executive Level 1. We are establishing a merit pool to fill current and future vacancies across HR functions, including payroll, HR systems, workforce reporting, workplace relations, L&D, inclusion and performance.

Roles will lead small teams, deliver payroll services, system administration, and compliant workforce data reporting for ACMA and related bodies,

Qualifications

• Experience leading payroll operations and HR systems administration.
• Proven ability to manage workforce reporting and comply with APS reporting obligations.
• Knowledge of workplace relations principles and enterprise bargaining processes.
• Ability to guide employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations and HR systems administration.

• Provide expert advice on payroll, HR systems and workforce data.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, offboarding, moves).
