Job summary

South32’s Perth Office is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage employee movements, payroll processing, and HR master data, aligning with governance and compliance. You will handle end-to-end payroll activities, respond to data requests within SLAs, and act as SME for HR/workflow applications.

With 2+ years in HR, Finance or Payroll Administration, you will contribute to process improvements, audits and documentation while engaging with internal customers in a fast-paced environment at our

Qualifications

• Experience with HR and payroll principles, including Australian payroll legislation.
• Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors and similar payroll systems.
• 2+ years in HR, Finance or Payroll Administration roles.
• Diploma/degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll activities for employees across multiple States.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely responses within service level agreements.
• Act as SME for HR, Payroll and Workflow applications.
• Support audits and contribute to process documentation and compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement within payroll processes.
