This role ensures governance, compliance, and alignment with South32 standards while supporting ongoing improvements. You will handle end-to-end payroll tasks, employee data management, and respond to payroll queries, contributing to audits and documentation. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are expected; SAP SuccessFactors

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Payroll Management or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, or Business.
• 2+ years in HR, Finance, or Payroll Administration.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation across multiple states; Singapore desirable.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA or similar payroll systems.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and data accuracy.
• Handle employee movements, new hires, terminations.
• Ensure data management queries meet service level agreements.
• Support audits and process documentation.
• Assist with system testing and SME for HR/payroll apps.
