MANAWISE is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration Officer to manage the day-to-day payroll and HR tasks with accuracy and discretion. You will work across Employment Hero/EHHR, employee records and standard HR administration, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance and operational leaders to keep information up to date, resolve payroll queries, and maintain strong controls across payroll processes. A hands-on, detail-focused approach is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Solid hands-on payroll and HR administration experience.
• Experience with Employment Hero/EHHR or similar HRIS/payroll system.
• Familiarity with SCHADS Award is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day payroll and HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate employee information in Employment Hero/EHHR.
• Process starters, changes, transfers, exits and payroll exceptions.
• Support payroll queries and provide timely follow-up.
• Work with HR, Finance and operational leaders to keep records current.
• Identify recurring admin issues and help simplify processes.
