Top Cut Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised Finance Administration Officer to join our team in a stand-alone role with payroll focus. You’ll handle payroll, superannuation and employee-related payments, plus broader finance admin including fleet, insurance and assets. You’ll help maintain governance and drive efficiency across processes.
You will contribute to a compliant, well-documented finance function and have opportunities to review systems and implement improvements over time.
Formación
- Experience in payroll administration and broader finance administration.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confidential handling of sensitive information with integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and process payroll, including data entry and administration.
- Coordinate employee-related payments, superannuation and premiums.
- Manage credit card reconciliations and finance records.
- Review and improve finance processes and governance practices.
- Support assets, fleet and Telstra/mobile phone administration.
