Zusammenfassung

Ampol is seeking a Payroll Data & Transition Specialist to support the onboarding of a payroll environment and ongoing integration. This role focuses on complex data, reconciliation, compliance, and workforce change activity within a project context.

You will work with payroll and project stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system readiness and successful transition, including scenario modelling and remediation planning where needed.

Qualifikationen

• Deep end-to-end payroll knowledge including legislation and entitlements.
• SAP experience with ECC Payroll, HCM or HR preferred.
• Advanced Excel and payroll data analysis capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Extract, cleanse, transform and validate complex payroll data for project and system requirements.
• Prepare accurate system upload files for SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG and Excel.
• Analyze and reconcile large payroll datasets, identify anomalies and risks.
