HammondCare is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a fixed-term 12-month contract with hybrid work options. The role supports fortnightly payroll across multiple sites, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation. The position can be based in St Leonards, Sydney or other HammondCare sites in Melbourne.
You will work closely with the payroll team to deliver a high-quality service, develop system proficiency, and drive process improvements in a multi-site environment.

The role of the Payroll Coordinator provides a high standard of support to enable successful and smooth payroll processing across HammondCare Residential. The Payroll Officer assists in the process and maintenance of accurate and up to date payroll records and contributes to ensuring HammondCare meets legislative requirements, in addition to supporting with the running of payroll operations each fortnight and weekly adjustment run. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months with hybrid working opportunities. The role can be based at St Leonards in Sydney or either Malvern, Caulfield or Yarraville in Melbourne.
