This role provides hands‑on delivery support, financial analysis and modelling across HammondCare's transformation portfolio. Working within the Transformation Office, the role partners with initiative owners and business leaders to help plan, coordinate and deliver transformation activity. The role can be flexibly deployed across the portfolio to track progress, support agile ways of working, develop reporting, and strengthen delivery discipline to maintain momentum and achieve outcomes.
The role also contributes financial and analytical expertise, including business case development, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, benefits analysis and performance reporting. Working closely with initiative teams and Finance, the role helps ensure investment decisions are informed by robust analysis and that costs, benefits and delivery performance remain visible and well managed.
The role is suited to a highly adaptable self‑starter with strong analytical capability, a bias towards action and a willingness to work across both delivery and financial activities. Experience in consulting, transformation, PMO, business analysis or a similar environment will be highly regarded. This is a maximum‑term contract role for 22 months based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
