Select Aust Sydney in Sydney is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join a busy People & Culture team. You will manage high-volume payroll processing, system maintenance, and reporting across enterprise HRIS and time & attendance platforms.

The role offers coaching and professional development within a fast-paced corporate environment. The position operates in a hybrid arrangement with in-office and WFH days and provides opportunities for ongoing mentorship from experienced payroll leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience with major HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Advanced MS Excel and data troubleshooting skills.
• Proven track record in high-volume payroll environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume fortnightly payroll and monthly schedules.
• Handle onboarding, data management, parental leave and terminations.
• Perform payroll reporting, STP filings, superannuation processing and audits.
• Collaborate with Finance and People & Culture to resolve inquiries.
